DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

At this time we do not accept returns since this is a paid service. However we offer a 1 month guarantee on all of our services to ensure that you have no issues with your brand new computer.

DO YOU DELIVER?

The business is currently working as a collection only, to minimize the risk of damage while shipping your computer.

The collection is done from our home location.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Depending on the time to deliver parts and how long it takes to receive payment, the whole process of finding the right parts for your budget/spec, ordering them and then building the PC, it could take up to 14 days or be as little as 7. During this time we will keep you notified about the delivery times and ensure that you have no worries.
