HOW WE OPERATE

COMPUTER BUILD

How it works: Building:

1) Get in contact by emailing us at colcomputerswoodcote@gmail.com so we can then send you a google form to find out about what your budget is, what you want it for, and what sort of details you want to be included.

2) I'll review your form and create a specialized list of parts that are in your budget and best suited for what you want, ensuring that your new PC is the best that it can be.

3) Next, if you're still interested then we can start the payment system. This consists of paying a deposit of £10 upfront to see the parts list and confirm you're happy to go ahead. If you aren't happy then we will continue to modify the list until it suits you. You will get this refunded to you at the end.

4) If you're happy and ready to get the parts ordered then we ask for the cost of the parts so we can get them ordered. All payments are done securely through Paypal, bank transfer, cheque, or by cash in person.

5) Once the parts are delivered, we immediately start the process of building the PC for speedy collection. Please bear in mind that the time of delivery for parts will affect how long it takes to complete, so we ask for your patience during this time. Just let us know if you'd like proof of arrival or purchase.

6) Once finished, we'll contact you and arrange a suitable collection time from our HQ. 

7) Upon collection, we ask for the build service charge of £75 and refund you your deposit of £10 back.

8) As well as great customer service, we offer a 1-month guarantee to make sure that all the parts in your system are working as intended and any problems can be sorted without worry.


Optional Extra:
I will save you all the hassle of sourcing peripherals and source your peripherals for you (keyboard, mouse, monitor, headset, mouse mat) to your budget. Having a good set of peripherals can truly enhance your gaming experience. This will cost an extra £15.
